If you choose to RSVP for in-person National Solar Tour sites, you will need to log in and provide your name and email address. This information is shared with event hosts to facilitate communication about the event. Event hosts are prohibited from saving your email address or adding it to any mailing lists.

We use anonymous usage data and crash logs to enhance the app’s performance and user experience.

Your name and email address, provided for RSVPs, are shared with event hosts to manage the event and communicate with you. Hosts are not allowed to retain your email address or use it for any other purpose.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information both during transmission and while stored. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain anonymous usage data and crash logs as long as needed to improve the app. You can request to have your personal data deleted at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for event hosts as described above. We do not allow hosts to save your email address or add it to mailing lists.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email, if you created an account.
